Not exactly what I expected

The staff were kind, offering warm greetings. Our beautiful room was upgraded unexpectedly. The pool area was lovely.

Cleanliness in the bathroom left much to be desired, particularly due to a persistent odor. Located up a steep hill, reaching the town can be quite the workout.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in standard room with a safe box, a mini-bar, and an electronic key card. Lovely staff during my stay. Excellent customer service. Free Wi-Fi and early check in. Marvellous and impressive location close to the center, nice restaurants in the local area. A wide array of food options not very far from the venue.

a standard room with 2 queen sized bed expected has basic facilities you need. the services are very good, including a very clean pool.

The rooms are spacious with comfy pillows. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were limited and the restaurant felt hot.

Brand-new hotel in a nice area really close to the centre of town close to restaurants and bars and the center of town and airport. Incredible & wonderful room with a comfortable bed.

Cold bathroom.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, climate control, a safe box and multi-channel TV. It had bidet in the good bathroom.

The spacious room had solid shower pressure, and the pool was good for a quick dip. The rooftop views were amazing, even if it needed some sprucing up. Breakfast wasn't stellar, but overall it was a fun trip.

Here's what you need to know

The location is a bit uphill, so be prepared for some exercise, but the fine views make it worthwhile. The staff are attentive. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool area provided a relaxing escape. Don't miss out on the delicious pizzas offered at the restaurant!

I had the absolute displeasure of staying here, encountering moldy spots in the bathroom and a power outage four times in one day! This was so annoying, considering how charming the decor looked online, but it was all just false advertising. I almost gave a good review, but the lack of any kind of gesture for all my troubles was baffling.

Rooftop bar area a complete mess!!! Air conditioning so dry it left me feeling worse in the morning!!! Bathrooms need serious attention to fix sewage odors!!!

The staff were kind and accommodating, always approaching me with warm greetings and smiles. My room was upgraded for my anniversary, which showed their thoughtful attention to customer service. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxation.

Bathroom cleanliness could improve.

We stayed with colleagues, and the comfortable beds made it easy to recharge after our adventures. Plus, the daily room cleaning was a nice touch.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area needs better maintenance.

Amazing rooftop views

The superior king room was spacious and comfortable with a good size bathroom. The hotel is only a short walk to vienna town. I really enjoyed the swimming pool. The option for room service was a great treat after a long day.

It was just a great fit for taking strolls in Coron with decent value for money. The room had a nice view of the surrounding area, a pleasant surprise. Bring your own snacks since the options around are quite limited.
